Program description

Truality Enterprises LLC may send conversational and transactional text messages related to inquiries, requested support, project coordination, appointment or service updates, account notices, verification, and other communications you request or reasonably expect from your relationship with us. We do not use this consent for unrelated third-party marketing.

Consent

By checking an SMS consent box, submitting your mobile number through an identified opt-in flow, or otherwise expressly requesting text communication, you authorize Truality Enterprises LLC to send messages to that number. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Do not provide a number unless you are the subscriber or are authorized to provide consent for it.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of future messages from the applicable messaging program. You may receive one final confirmation message.
