SMS Consent

Truality Enterprises LLC uses text messaging for direct conversations and transactional communications requested by customers, prospects, vendors, and business contacts.

How consent is collected

A person may opt in by entering a mobile number on our contact form and independently checking the optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not preselected. The inquiry form opens the person's email application, creating a copy of the submitted request and consent selection. A person may also expressly request text communication during a direct business interaction. We retain appropriate records of consent.

Messages a user may receive

Messages may include responses to inquiries, project or service coordination, requested support, scheduling updates, account or system notifications, verification messages, and other communications related to the user's interaction with Truality Enterprises LLC.

Opting out

No sale or marketing sharing

Mobile information, SMS consent, and opt-in records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided only to vendors that process communications on our behalf or as required by law.
